Return & Refund Policy

Sin Weng Fai Peanut Candy Sdn Bhd shall not responsible for late deliveries caused by courier company, however, you may contact us via WhatsApp at 0182237148 ( by providing us your delivery or order detail if didn’t receive within TWO (2) days after being notified by our order Shipped message, we will try our best to assist and expedite with the necessary.

Biscuits are fragile items and we always ensure that every order is packed and wrapped nicely before shipping out. Thus, there will be no guarantee the biscuit will reach you in perfect condition due to courier handling. We are truly sorry to inform you that we will not be held responsible should there be any losses or damage of biscuits during delivery due to courier mishandling.

We would recommend customers to check if the item(s) that you ordered is fulfilled correctly after receiving the goods from the courier.   3. Expiry item or goods delivered to you

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. All refund cases could take up to 14 working days to process. Dispute on Refund Amount after 48 hours of receiving will not be entertained.
